   On page 3, line 10, after "section." insert "In addition, no state funds shall be provided to a business incubator unless the incubator can provide a private sector match equal to 35 percent of the total project cost."

EFFECT: Requires a business incubator to be able to provide a private sector match equal to 35 percent of the total project cost in order to qualify for any funding from DCTED.
