   On page 2, line 8, after "(1)" insert "(a)"

   On page 2, after line 24, insert the following:

   "(b) A public school may not require a teacher to provide instruction in sexual health education as a condition of employment unless the teacher was initially hired after the effective date of this section to provide such instruction."

EFFECT: Prohibits a public school from requiring teachers to provide instruction in sexual health education as a condition of employment unless the teacher was first hired after the bill's effective date to provide this instruction.
