   On page 2, after line 2, insert the following:

   "Each member state shall allow in-person disability voting starting twenty days before the date of the general election for the president and vice president of the United States."

EFFECT: Requires each member state to provide in-person disability voting 20 days prior to the general election of the President and Vice President.
