   On page 5, line 1 of the striking amendment, after "(c)" insert "Nonprofit entities that receive grant funds from a state agency for climate related issues may not serve on the advisory policy committee.

   (d)"

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Prohibits nonprofit entities that receive climate related grant funds from a state agency from serving on the advisory policy committee established in the underlying amendment.
