   On page 11, beginning on line 22 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 13

   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that a seller must furnish to a buyer a homeowner's association information pamphlet. Deletes the text of the homeowners' association pamphlet.
