On page 4, line 30, after "deca-bde" insert ", or any mattress containing commercial deca-bde"
EFFECT: Requires Ecology and DOH to identify a safer and technically feasible alternative for mattresses before prohibiting the manufacture, sale, and distribution of mattresses with deca-bde.
