On page 4, beginning on line 3, strike all of subsections (6) and (7)
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Removes two exemption subsections related to the use of deca-bde in new raw materials or component parts used in transportation vehicles (planes, cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, trains, boats, ships, streetcars, monorail cars, etc.) and the use of deca-bde in maintaining, refurbishing, or modifying transportation equipment.
