On page 10, after line 32, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7 This act is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the
state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect
July 1, 2007."

On page 1, line 3 of the title, after "50.16.010;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "creating a new section; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency."
