On page 2, after line 22, insert the following:
"(6) Any city, town, or county may intervene as a matter of right
in any condemnation proceeding by a watershed management partnership to
which it has objected in writing within thirty days of receipt of the
notice required under subsection (5)(b) of this section."
EFFECT: Adds language to provide that any city, town, or county may intervene as a matter of right in any condemnation proceeding by a watershed management partnership to which it has objected in writing within thirty days of receipt of the notice required under the bill.
