   On page 2, line 32 of the amendment, after "facilities;" insert "or"

   On page 2, beginning on line 33 of the amendment, after "(d)" strike all material through "(e)" on line 35

   On page 3, beginning on line 1 of the amendment, strike all of section 5

   On page 5, line 3 of the amendment, after "the" strike "system" and insert "toll facility"

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: (1) Removes the intent section; (2) removes the authority to use toll revenues for the operations of conveyances of people or goods; (3) removes the section outlining the five tolling policy guidelines; and (4) focuses the variable tolling authority on improving toll facilities rather than larger transportation system issues.
