On page 2, line 18 of the amendment, after "received" insert "; and
(iii) A clear disclosure statement on the front of the distributed
material in bold-face type, in a font size at least two points larger
than other font sizes on the page, that reads: "The only sure way to
prevent the human papillomavirus disease is to abstain from all sexual
activity""
EFFECT: Requires information distributed on HPV and its vaccine to include a statement on the front of the materials that the only way to prevent HPV disease is to abstain from sexual activity.

EFFECT: Requires information distributed on HPV and its vaccine to include a statement on the front of the materials that long-term clinical trials of HPV vaccine have not been conducted and the long- term effects and length of vaccine protection are unknown.
