On page 2, line 2, after "store" strike "the property" and insert
"((the property)) any property with a cumulative value of over three
hundred dollars"
On page 2, line 3, strike "on the nearest public property" and insert "in a storage unit provided by the landlord, with the option to sell the property in accordance with subsection (3) of this section"
On page 2, line 21, after "over" strike "fifty" and insert

EFFECT: Upon a writ of execution by a sheriff, any property left
by the tenant with a cumulative value of more than $300 may either be
stored in a secure place or in a storage unit provided by the landlord.
If the landlord then subsequently sells the property, the landlord
may apply up to $50 of the income derived towards the landlord's
storage and drayage costs.
