On page 1, line 2 of the title, after "sentences;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "amending RCW 9.94A.500 and 9.94A.530; reenacting and amending RCW 9.94A.525; and creating new sections."
EFFECT: Deletes proposed amendatory language to section 2 of bill providing that if a defendant at sentencing fails to affirmatively set forth the defendant's version of the defendant's criminal history, the defendant is deemed to have admitted that the state's version of the defendant's criminal history is correct.
