   On page 35, after line 19, insert the following:

"(11) Any ferry put into service after the date of this act must have the capacity to hold at least one hundred vehicles."

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: All ferries put into service after the date of this act must be large enough to hold 100 vehicles.
