   On page 2, line 28, after "the", strike "waste tire removal account", and insert "tax increase for transportation"

   On page 5, after line 18, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 7. This Act shall be known as the Tax Increase for Transportation Act."

EFFECT: Removes references to the waste tire removal account and renames it the tax increase for transportation account. The Act is named the Tax Increase for Transportation Act.
