   On page 1, line 10, after "office.", insert "All political advertising by candidates using public funds to finance their respective campaigns for local office shall include a statement that reads "Paid for at taxpayers' expense" and that identifies the respective city that is using public funds to finance such political campaigns.

   EFFECT: Requires that all political candidates for local office who receive public funds to finance their political campaigns must include a statement that reads "Paid for at taxpayers' expense" and identifies the city that is providing public funding to such campaigns.
