On page 1, beginning on line 13, after "other" strike "municipality, or person, or any combination thereof" and insert "port district"
EFFECT: Limits the authority granted under the bill to port districts acting individually or jointly. Eliminates the granting of authority to port districts acting in combination with other municipalities, persons, or combinations.
