On page 46, after line 5 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 306 Except for sections 111 and 302 through
304 of this act, this act expires December 31, 2020."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides an expiration date by 2020.
