Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 1 The following acts or parts of acts are
each repealed:
(1) RCW 77.15.192 (Definitions) and 2001 c 1 s 2;
(2) RCW 77.15.194 (Unlawful traps -- Penalty) and 2003 c 53 s 374 &
2001 c 1 s 3;
(3) RCW 77.15.196 (Unlawful poison -- Penalty) and 2003 c 53 s 375 &
2001 c 1 s 4;
(4) RCW 77.15.198 (Violation of RCW 77.15.194 or 77.15.196--Penalty) and 2003 c 53 s 376 & 2001 c 1 s 5;
(5) 2001 c 1 s 1 (uncodified); and
(6) 2001 c 1 s 6 (uncodified)."

On page 1, line 1 of the title, after "traps;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "repealing RCW 77.15.192, 77.15.194, 77.15.196, and 77.15.198; and repealing 2001 c 1 ss 1 and 6 (uncodified)."
EFFECT: Repeals existing provisions limiting the use of steel- jawed leghold traps, neck snares, other body gripping traps, and certain poisons to capture or poison wildlife.
