On page 22, beginning on line 19, strike all of sections 7 through 11 and insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7 Sections 1 and 4 of this act take effect
July 1, 2008.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 8 Sections 2 and 5 of this act take effect
January 1, 2010.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 9 Sections 3 and 6 of this act take effect
July 1, 2013.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 10 Sections 1 and 4 of this act expire January
1, 2010.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 11 Sections 2 and 5 of this act expire July 1,
2013."

On page 1, beginning on line 3 of the title, after "effective dates;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "and providing expiration dates."
EFFECT: The effective dates of sections 1 through 6 are pushed back one year.
