On page 2, line 21, after "body." insert "Additionally, a local government seeking to establish ranked choice voting must submit a proposal to voters of the local government jurisdiction for adoption and approval or rejection."
EFFECT: Requires local government to submit a referendum to the people on rank choice voting before adopting it.
