On page 1, line 1 of the title, after "Relating to" strike the remainder of the tile and insert "the department of health's application for federal funding for the prevention of teen pregnancy under Title V of the federal social security act; and amending RCW 74.12.410."
EFFECT: The Department of Health may continue to apply for the federal grants and distribute any funds received to qualified community-based education programs.
