On page 3, beginning on line 25, after "to" strike all material through "materials" on line 28, and insert "meet obligations for the repayment of debt and interest and operation and enforcement costs on the facility, and to maintain the facility, on or in which the revenue is collected"
Beginning on page 4, line 29, after "to" strike all material through page 5, line 3, and insert "meet obligations for the repayment of debt and interest and operation and enforcement costs on the facility, and to maintain the facility, on or in which the revenue is collected."
EFFECT: Toll revenues must be used only to make debt payments applicable to the facility, to maintain the facility, and to pay for operation and enforcement costs on the facility, on or in which the revenue is collected.
