EFFECT: Removes the section of the bill providing that regardless of any contract between a bail bond agent and a bail bond recovery agent, the bail bond agent shall be liable for the bail bond recovery agent's negligent act or omission if the bail bond recovery agent was acting as the bail bond agent's servant, officer, contractor, agent, or employee.
