On page 4, line 10, after "A" strike "bail bond agent or" and
insert "((bail bond agent or))"
EFFECT: Amends the bill to provide that only bail bond recovery agents are required to notify the director of the Department of Licensing of a forced entry and law enforcement when a bail bond recovery agent discharges his or her firearm while on duty.
