On page 8, line 9, after "2006." insert "Effective July 1, 2007, component rate allocations for direct care shall be based on actual patient days regardless of whether a facility has converted banked beds to active service."
EFFECT: Clarifies that nursing facilities should be paid for direct care based on the actual number of Medicaid patients.
