Background:
A materialman is a person who delivers materials, supplies or equipment used or expected to be
used in a construction project.
Summary of Bill:
Technical changes are made to reflect gender neutral language, changing "materialmen" to
"materialpersons."

Effective Date: The bill takes effect 90 days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
