Background: A Washington state motor vehicle driver's license issued to any service member is valid so long as that person is serving in the armed forces, unless it is suspended, canceled, or revoked for cause. The license of the service member's spouse also remains in full force and effect if residing with the service member.
Summary of Bill: Washington state motor vehicle driver's licenses issued to members of the foreign service, and their spouses, are also valid so long as they are serving in the foreign services, unless it is suspended, canceled, or revoked for cause.
