insert "fourth"
On page 2, line 21, after "in" strike "((April)) May" and insert

On page 2, at the beginning of line 22, strike all material through
"May;" and insert "(((d))) (c) The third Tuesday in May for tax levies
that failed previously in that calendar year and new bond issues;"
Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
