On page 2, after line 12 of the amendment, insert the following:
     "(6) A county imposing a sales and use tax under this section, may not impose taxes, fees, regulatory charges, permits, or endorsements on the cremating of remains or burial of decedents who came to their death in such county."

     On page 5, line 8 of the amendment, after "(6)" insert "A city imposing a sales and use tax under this section, may not impose taxes, fees, regulatory charges, permits, or endorsements on the cremating of remains or burial of decedents who came to their death in such city.
     (7)"

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
