    Beginning on page 9, line 13 of the amendment, strike all of sections 5 and 6

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.  

EFFECT:   Eliminates section authorizing the creation of a rural infrastructure improvement and service district.  Eliminates authorization of a district to impose a utility tax.
