    On page 51, line 2, increase the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2010 by $102,000

    On page 51, line 3, increase the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2011 by $63,000

    On page 51, line 4, decrease the general fund--federal appropriation by $930,000

    On page 51, line 5, decrease the general fund--local appropriation by $790,000

    On page 51, line 7, correct the total

EFFECT:

           Eliminates the increase in the nursing home licensing fee for the 09-11 biennium. The proposed budget would have increased the per bed licensing fee from $275 to $350.  

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund-State by $165,000.

           Reduces Other Funds by $1,720,000.
