    On page 98, beginning on line 14, strike all of subsection (d)

    Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    On page 133, line 3, increase the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2011 by $1,647,000

    On page 133, line 5, correct the total

    On page 133, line 10, after "rate of" strike "$152.00" and insert "$154.00"

EFFECT:   Eliminates $1,647,000 in funding for replacing the apportionment system IT platform at OSPI, and redirects that funding to the Student Achievement Fund.

FISCAL IMPACT: None.
