    On page 3, line 16 of the striking amendment, after "registration" insert "to a contractor who has disclosed, as required under section 15 of this act, that he or she will perform residential construction work"

EFFECT:  Limits the $100 consumer education fee requirement to contractors who have disclosed on their contractor registration applications that they will be performing residential construction work.
