    On page 19, line 20 of the striking amendment, after "assistance." insert "In awarding the grants, preference shall be given to those counties, cities, towns, and code cities with the lowest overall annual revenues."

EFFECT:  Requires that preference be given to those counties, cities, towns, and code cities with the lowest overall annual revenues with respect to awards of grants from the Growth Management Planning and Environmental Review Fund.
