    On page 8, line 26 of the striking amendment, after "(B)," strike "jurisdictions" and insert "counties with more than one million five hundred thousand residents and the cities within those counties"

    On page 9, line 38 of the striking amendment, after "lifestyles." insert "Provisions of this subsection (6)(a)(vii) pertaining to connections between land uses and transportation modes apply only to counties with more than one million five hundred thousand residents and the cities within those counties."

EFFECT:   Limits requirements of the striking amendment to: counties with more than one million five hundred thousand residents and the cities within those counties; and Regional Transportation Planning Organizations in counties with more than one million five hundred thousand residents.
