    On page 3, line 9, after "planning." insert "Nothing in this amended goal authorizes a growth management hearings board or a superior court to hear petitions alleging noncompliance with this act."

EFFECT:  Adds language to the amended environmental planning goal of the Growth Management Act specifying that nothing in the amended goal authorizes a Growth Management Hearings Board or a superior court to hear petitions alleging noncompliance with the provisions of the bill.
