On page 2, line 31, after "under" strike "chapter 77.70 RCW" and insert "section 1 of this act"
EFFECT: Clarifies that the exemption from the lost and found property provisions in chapter 63.21 RCW only applies to crab pots under the coastal commercial Dungeness crab pot removal program, and not to all crab pots in coastal marine waters under chapter 77.70 RCW.
