    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Strikes the provision that: (a) removes the requirement that voter approval be obtained to extend a voter-approved sales tax beyond ten years and (b) permits imposition of the voter-approved sales tax for up to thirty years if the sales tax revenues are dedicated to repayment of general obligation bonds.
