Beginning on page 93, line 20, strike all of section 304
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Removes the section from the bill that would allow the Department to convert informal BTA appeals to formal appeals for the purpose of obtaining judicial review of property tax appeals in which the Department is a party.
