    On page 7, after line 15 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

    "(8) Master programs remain in effect until thirty days after the department approves or adopts a superseding master program or an amendment superseding a segment of a master program."

EFFECT:   Specifies that master programs adopted under the Shoreline Management Act remain in effect until 30 days after the Department of Ecology approves or adopts a superseding master program or an amendment superseding a segment of a master program.
