    On page 6, after line 13, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7. A new section is added to chapter 39.58 RCW to read as follows:

A credit union approved as a public depositary by the commission may not accept funds in excess of the deposit insurance limits of the insurance required under RCW 31.12.408."  

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Limits credit union depositaries from accepting public deposits in excess of their insured amount.
