    On page 5, beginning on line 15, strike all of sections 2 and 3

Renumber the remaining section consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:  Eliminates the section that allows school districts with approved levies to ask voters to approve additional M&O levies to the extent the Legislature increases statutory capacity under the levy lid formula.
