    On page 4, after line 14, insert "(9) Any proposal submitted by a nonprofit nature conservancy organization or association must first receive formal approval from the local city or county in which the project is located."

EFFECT:   Requires that project proposals submitted to the Recreation and Conservation Funding Board for Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program funding by nonprofit nature conservancy organizations or associations first be approved by the local jurisdiction in which the project will be completed.
