    On page 2, line 9, after “performance” insert “, except that the employee shall not be eligible for reimbursement under RCW 43.03.050 or RCW 43.03.060”

EFFECT:   Clarifies that an employee who is absent from work to attend training necessary to attain a new service animal is not entitled to reimbursement or payment of costs for travel, lodging, or per diem.
