On page 4, line 29, after "section" insert ", and the activities and operations of the children's health coverage program under this subsection, including those of managed health care systems to the extent of their participation in the program, must comply with provisions of Title 48 RCW"
Beginning on page 4, line 34, strike all material through "48.14.0201." on page 5, line 18
EFFECT: Provides that the health coverage for children living in families with a household income over 300% of the federal poverty level must comply with the health insurance provisions of Title 48 RCW.
