    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Deletes a provision specifying that water distribution system leakage standards adopted in water use efficiency requirements of the Department of Health must include estimated additional metering losses and demand increases due to meter upsizing that is required when a residential sprinkler system is installed.
