On page 14, after line 17 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 11 This act expires on the date a county with
a population of one million five hundred thousand or more or any city
within the county imposes a tax, fee, or other charge on the use of
shopping bags."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Expires the act if a county with a population of one million five hundred thousand or more or a city within the county imposes any type of charge on shopping bags.
