On page 9, after line 8 of the amendment, insert the following:
"(4) A city or town may not impose the tax under this section if the city or town is imposing any tax, fee, or charge on the water-sewer district pursuant to an interlocal agreement."

EFFECT: Prohibits a city or town from imposing the tax if the city or town is imposing a charge on the water-sewer district under an interlocal agreement.
