    On page 10, line 14, strike "development facilitation" and insert "housing"

    On page 10, beginning on line 24 strike "development facilitation" and insert "housing"

EFFECT:   Changes account name from transit-oriented development facilitation fund to transit-oriented housing fund.  Clarifies that the distribution to the fund is eight million dollars per year for the period 2012 through 2015.
